01 / MEET HEATH

I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS
TO CHASE MORE.

I’m Heath Baldwin—a Nike-sponsored decathlete, Olympian, and world medalist. I started at the University of Michigan on a book scholarship. Years of learning, hard work, and attention to detail took me from my first decathlon to the world stage.

Now I help motivated high school athletes build their own path through remote coaching. I bring the lessons I’ve learned as an athlete and coach to your training, technique, and approach to competition.

You bring the ambition. We’ll turn it into clear goals, a weekly plan, and practical steps you can put to work.

Navigate the college recruiting process, strengthen your approach to competition, and prepare for meets with a clear plan and greater confidence.

04

GIVE YOUR GOALS A PLAN.

GOAL SETTING + PROGRESS

Set meaningful goals for your season and beyond. Break them into practical steps, track your progress, and adjust the focus as you develop.

05

LEARN FROM THE JOURNEY.

ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP

03 / HOW IT WORKS

A CLEAR PATH.
YOUR NEXT STEP.

01

START WITH A CONVERSATION.

Tell me about the athlete, their events, and what they want to improve. For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian joins the conversation.

02

FIND THE RIGHT FOCUS.

We’ll discuss current training, review the support you need, and agree on the coaching approach, deliverables, and cost before you commit.

03

PUT THE DETAILS INTO PRACTICE.

Follow your individualized weekly program, share training and competition footage, and use feedback and mentorship to keep moving toward your goals.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS

LET’S MAKE
IT CLEAR.

Who is remote coaching for?

Motivated high school track and field athletes looking for additional individual support, including athletes working toward college competition. We’ll discuss your events and goals to make sure the fit is right.

How does remote coaching work?

You receive an individualized weekly training program and share footage from practice or meets for technique feedback. We also work on goals, meet preparation, mindset, and recruiting as needed. We’ll agree on the format and frequency of conversations before starting.

Will this work alongside my school coach?

Yes. The aim is to support the athlete’s existing program. Any additional training should be coordinated with the school coach, taking the athlete’s overall workload into account.

Do I need to be an elite athlete already?

No. A willingness to learn, communicate, and put feedback into practice matters. The first conversation helps us decide whether this support matches your stage of development.

What does remote coaching cost?

We’ll discuss the type and level of support you need and agree on the price before you commit. An introductory conversation helps establish the right fit.
